Create User for phpMyAdmin (MySQL)

By -
1. sudo mysql -p -u root

2. CREATE USER 'pmauser'@'%' IDENTIFIED BY 'password_here';

3. GRANT ALL PRIVILEGES ON *.* TO 'pmauser'@'%' WITH GRANT OPTION;
